Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Best service to cost ratio in the area. Room was decently comfortable with view on the mountains and the pool. Parking slots nearby, room had the usual equipment for a two star hotel (but the microwave looked so ancient that It should be in a museum) and the top of the bed smelled a bit of dust. Pool was very clean and even warmer than we experienced in most other hotels (in October). Location is great for both going out for food or shopping (restaurants and supermarket only 15-20 min by walking), but also has access to multiple hiking trails and other activities nearby. Staff was very friendly and even though they didn’t speak any English at all, we still managed to communicate quickly efficiently.

Negative: Top of the bed smelled a bit of dust. Microwave in our room was so ancient that we didn’t even want to try our luck with it.

Summary: Great option in Geres area if you want to a simple room and save budget!
