The house has two floors. In the first the cozy living room with TV and fireplace, dining room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. On the upper floor two bedrooms with double bed, a hall with sofa bed and bathroom with shower and bath.
Outside there is private parking for 2 cars, a pergola to enjoy a good wine, a huge rustic barbecue and a wonderful garden with a magnificent view of the green mountain and the Atlantic Ocean.
It is ideally located to visit the whole island, with easy access to the north and its fabulous landscapes through the Ribeira Brava. Porto Moniz and its natural pools located to the east are only 35 minutes away by car.
The house is located 10 minutes from the beach and marina, where you can practice spearfishing and whale and dolphin watching, 5 minutes to Levada Nova (walking walk in the forest).
