Summary: Condo was very nice. Well equipped, pretty well stocked kitchen. Most utensils available. Bathrooms were clean and nice, water must be very hard because lots of hard water spots. Sink plumbing fixtures were loose and wobbly. Mstr bathroom shower drains a little on the slow side. Bedrooms master bedroom needs a new mattress. Also master bedroom screen door was completely destroyed and sitting on the side of the building. Which was the biggest disappointment. I can’t hear the ocean that we paid extra for, if I can’t leave the door open. Please replace the mattress and get a screen door. Property outside is nice and very clean. But pool filtration does not seem to work on a normal schedule. Lots of chlorine to keep it clean but you can tell. Pool is not heated and is below optimal temperature. I’d guess mid sixties. The sun in that part of Baja barely comes out. So pool and spa both very cool water. Security checkpoint is not optimal. No good way to communicate to them where you are going on arrival. their English is not good and my Spanish is terrible. They let us through but it’s really just a formality. I was not able to locate the bbq. I also did not ask I just used the stove.
