Here, you can find the first buildings that gave rise to the city. It also has some of the best views in the entire city.

This entire area was practically devastated by the 1755 earthquake and then rebuilt. Walking through streets and alleys, we come across spaces of rare beauty, such as small corners, viewpoints, São Jorge Castle and its views, noble spaces that live happily with the modest residences of our Lisboners.
Lisbon is a beautiful walk, but it can be tough, at the end of the day it is natural to be tired: Use the electric stairs of Escadinha da Saúde and stay almost at home :-)
