Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: - Very near to central festival shopping center, and on a nice area. -Apartement is spacious and there is two balconies. - Host is very polite - apartment has a lot of potential if it would be managed better.

Negative: - Cleanliness could be improved alot, there was lot of hair and dust in in the floor and most surfaces (including bathroom) had some grime on them. Also the bedrooms balcony where the washing machine is, is totally covered in pidgeon poop (especially the machine it self). - Water heater was leaking severely to the bathroom floor when we first came to the property, host had a mechanic to stop the leak but as result of that we had no hot water from the shower for the first two nights. - Host could improve punctuality and time management when making appointments. - Not really a great value for money - Bed linens and towels did not seem very clean.
