Positive: The property is simply excellent, and there are many things we truly loved about our stay. We had seen photos beforehand and were immediately drawn to the private pool suite, which is what we eventually booked, and it exceeded expectations. • The in room bathtub and the private pool were outstanding. After long days of sightseeing, our kids absolutely loved switching between the two all evening • The main hotel pool is fabulous. It is spacious, well maintained, and has plenty of sun loungers, so it never felt crowded • Breakfast offers a wide and satisfying selection, with both buffet and à la carte options available • The staff are consistently warm, smiling, and attentive, asking about your day each evening and your plans for the next day every morning • The complimentary tuk tuk service to the city center is extremely convenient and makes getting around effortless Overall, a wonderful stay and a property we would happily return to.

Negative: A few minor points that could be improved: • The bathtub could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I had to rinse it a couple of times before using it myself for the first time • There were a few mosquitoes, which is understandable, but the property could consider more frequent mosquito repellent spraying around the pool area and outside the room entrances These are small issues and did not take away from an otherwise excellent stay.

Summary: Unbeatable hospitality, amazing facilities, and a perfect stay away from the city center. 10/10
