Positive: The resort itself is a gorgeous place to stay - our room was the highlight, we loved it! It was spacious, bright, had all the amenities you needed and the bathroom was lovely! The restaurant served nice food as well 😊

Negative: This is not a criticism of the hotel, but worth mentioning - unfortunately the area was not what we were expecting, maybe it was because we visited before high season (very beginning of December), but there was just nobody around at all. The few restaurants and bars that were nearby along the beach were completely empty, so there was no atmosphere. The nearest atm and shop was nearly a 20 minute walk away. The beach that the hotel is beside is not a nice beach to visit or swim at, we lasted about 20 seconds in the water before getting out. Unfortunately the pool area of the hotel wasn't the nicest when we visited. The pool bar was closed and the pool had a lot of bugs in it, so we didn't want to get in.

Summary: Amazing room and resort, but not a great area to visit in low season
