As you wind through the orange groves on the approach to Casa Lola, the Monchique mountains in the distance, you will begin to appreciate the peace and tranquility of the Serra and Mar. Although close to some of the Algarve's best beaches, restaurants, attractions and golf courses, Casa Lola is a home from home you may not want to leave!
Villa Lola is a traditionally built Portuguese / Algarve style country home occupying a beautiful spacious and private plot on a very quiet no-through road.
With 208 sq. meters of living space on one level, this villa offers 3 spacious bedrooms (2 en suite), an open and light-filled living area and a large well-equipped kitchen.
From the living room you step out into the stunning tropical south-facing garden, and are only a few steps from the swimming pool. The garden and pool area are equipped with luxurious furniture, including a dining area, sun loungers and even a double daybed from which you can watch the sun set over the palm trees. To the other side of the lounge area there is another large terrace which provides some shelter from the hot summer afternoons.
The bedrooms are very comfortably furnished with a Superking bed in Bedroom 1, and Superking / King Zip & Link beds in bedrooms 2 & 3 making it suitable for groups of adults as well as families. Whilst two bedrooms are en-suite, there is also a family bathroom with a shower. Bed linen & towels are provided.
The living room area has a flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and internet access.
The living room also features a large corner sofa that has an integral double sofa bed allowing the villa to sleep 8 if desired.
The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, hob, oven, large refrigerator, toaster, kettle, espresso machine).
Casa Lola is a great option for an enjoyable holiday throughout the year as it is heated through underfloor heating and a real fireplace, as well as being heated in all three bedrooms. The pool can also be heated upon
request and for an additional fee, making it pleasant to use at any time of year.
Close to the pretty fishing village of Alvor, about 40 mintues from Faro airport, Casa Lola is within 10 minutes of stunning beaches, several championship golf courses, shops and hypermarkets, restaurants and bars. Local attractions such as Slide & Splash, Zoomarine, Sand City and the Monchique Mountains are all within half an hour drive.
