Positive: The location was beautiful. Ning and the family do an excellent job maintaining the grounds and preparing lovely food. The animals are adorable and the staff friendly. The room was clean and the pillows were comfortable.

Negative: Overall, it’s pretty expensive for Thailand. The minimum stay was three nights for about 5,600 baht. I was told after I had purchased this non refundable room that food and yoga would be an additional 5,600 baht. Again that’s okay, but you only get 8 vegetarian meals and 8 yoga sessions so it seemed expensive for 5600. If you don’t purchase this there really aren’t any other options because it’s so remote. Any additional services were additional charges such as massages and activities. I think it’d be better if they just grouped everything together. The rooms should have keys and there should be a safety deposit box. I know the family is trustworthy, but you never know about other guests. The yoga with Paige was lovely, but I didn’t enjoy Ning’s yoga class. It was too fast and jumped around from sun salutations to intense and advanced head stands and balancing that require years of practice. Most of the people in the group were inexperienced and didn’t know warrior 1,2, &3. They were laughing and falling and therefore the class felt unprofessional. No refrigerator, soap, or conditioner in the room. The bikes are all broken and the brakes don’t work which is super dangerous. Hopefully, they can fix these things to make it a perfect stay.
