The Best Villa in a Five Star Property. Villa La Estancia brings to you the best combination of a private home with all of the amenities of a five star resort. Once you enter the Villa 2603 and view the Sea of Cortez with unbelievable views of "Lands End", you will know you have arrived. This Villa has one of the largest most spacious balconies including four lounge chairs. It does not get much better than relaxing on your balcony, drinking a glass of wine and watching the ever changing sunsets.
Hotel Amenities-General
Estancia has all of the amenities of a 5 star resort which includes several on site restaurants, beautiful infinity pools, swim up bar, a zero depth pool for kids, room service, a 24 hr front desk, 24 hr security, concierge to help with reservations etc, bellman, internet through out the property, private tennis courts, private gym and spa, maid service, beach front swimming area, hot tubs, ATM, food market, ice cream stand, and more.
Hotel Amenities-Spa and Exercise Facilities
Estancia has it's own private fitness center, tennis courts and hot tubs etc. If you want a fantastic massage, then visit the 31000 square foot Desert Spa and choose from a complete menu of massage/facial treatments.
Villa 2603-Special Amenities:
Telephone-The unit (living room) has unlimited use of phone at no cost for any calls to the US. The telephone number has an 818 area code and depending on the type of rate plan, incoming calls may be free to the caller. This is subject to internet and access by provider.
Television-In addition to the TV channels provided by the resort, this unit has US based Netflix in the A and B side bedroom and the living room. In addition, the living room has Roku and a number of US based programming services may be available at no cost. All of the above is subject to change and subject to internet access and availability in Mexico.
Internet-The unit has both wireless and wired internet capabilities. In addition, a wireless extender has been added to insure wireless reception in both the A and B side bedroom and balcony.

Villa 2603-Accommodations-Bedrooms
In the master bedroom (A side), there is a king size bed. In the B side bedroom, there are TWO king size beds. This is one of the few if any villas with this added comfort. Subject to ages etc the four king beds will alow for 4 to sleep confortably. Guest needs to contact owner in writing to request more than four occupants. Ther will be an additional fee if approved by owner. Any increase beyond four is subject to owner sole discretion and will only be valid if provided to guest in writing prior to arrival. No chnages are permitted or will be approved after check in. There are direct views to ocean and land ends from each bedroom. The master bedroom has a jaccuzi tub, double sinks, desk and chair and coffee table. Each bedroom has its separate showers, bathrooms, large closets, a separate couch, individual air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs and more.
Villa 2603-Family Room, Dining, and Kitchen
There is a third bath and shower in this area. The family room has a flat screen TV with DVD. Unlike other units that have limited seating, there is comfortable seating for 4-6 in the living room. Like the bedrooms, there are unobstructed views of lands end from these rooms. There is a full kitchen complete with stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer including water and ice dispenser, washer/dryer and large counter and pantry areas. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee maker, blender, toaster and various pots, pans and utensils,
Villa 2603-Balcony-One of two in all of Estancia's Two bedroom villas. All interior two bedroom villa are approximately the same size. However, the size of the balcony varies significantly. Villa 2603 is over 280 sq ft larger than other 2 bedroom villa due to the size of it's balcony.
Villa 2603 has four lounge chairs which can easily be moved to various locations on the balcony so you can enjoy the views, sun or shade. It also has a separate table with 6 chairs. Most if not all other villas have only two lounge chairs and in some villa, they is very little space on the balcony. If you want to enjoy the views and relax and have a drink (or two) with your family and friends and maybe even take advantage of room service without feeling cramped, then it does not get much better than Villa 2603.
