Summary:
Welcome to this single family pool home in the lovely gated community of the Preserve at Corkscrew. This is a split floor plan home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms along with a open concept, tall ceilings and a lovely heated pool and spa. The Preserve at Corkscrew is located in Estero, Florida right off of Corkscrew Road, after 3 miles east of the I-75 Interchange. There are numerous amenities in this gated community including a resort style community pool and spa that a large pool deck over looking a beautiful lake. Additionally there is a children's playground and multiple tennis and pickleball courts and an exercise room that guests can use throughout their stay.
The Space:
As you enter the home from the front door you come upon a hallway and when you make a left there is the two front bedrooms that have a full sized bathroom in between them. Both of these bedrooms have 2 Queen sized beds. Once back to the main hallway you will come into the open floor plan with the dining area with a high top table that seats six, the large family room with dual sofas and an extra large chair with a flat screen TV. There is a pull out sofa for additional sleeping for your overnight guests. The kitchen has granite counters, hardwood cabinets and a very large center island with 4 barstools to pull up for informal meals.
Headed towards the garage there is the laundry room and then from there is the third full size bedroom with a Queen bed along with a en suite full sized bathroom. There is an attached 2 car garage for guests to use throughout their stay.
The main bedroom is located in the back right of the home and is spacious with tall ceilings and a King bed with a flat screen TV. The bed is motorized and guests can adjust both the head and the foot of the bed. There is a view to the pool from the bedroom. The attached en suite bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and a separate soaking tub.
There is a lovely heated pool and spa, which faces west, at the home that has a screened lanai and a nice covered alcove with a propane gas firepit. Included is a wall mounted outdoor TV, a propane gas grill, 2 chaise lounges and multiple seating areas. The pool faces west
This home allows one small dog, 30 pounds and under that is non-shedding.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Fort Myers is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is a quick 15 minute drive from the home!
This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. The HOA has an additional application fee along with a per applicant background check fee which not included in this reservation and must be paid separately.
