Summary: The reception staff is lovely especially Ricardo. The room was a total disappointment. There is a nightclub next door and you can hear the party nonstop every evening. Breakfast was so so. The staff is really disorganized and there was one gentleman super attentive but rest of the staff was a bit rude. You’d order orange juice and never get it! We did 5 days of this and while the location is convenient there are better hotel options with top service, comfort and amenities. This hotel was a real disappointment for the brand. They didn’t think through the details.
