This is our wonderful Florida home. It is in a quiet secluded deed restricted neighborhood, 3 1/2 miles to Venice Beach and 15 miles to Siesta Key. We have a full sized lanai pool with lakefront views. 4 rooms have double sized pocket doors that open into the lanai. The house is designed with many unique spaces for gathering or relaxing. There is a master section with master bedroom and bath and a guest/family section with a queen bedroom, a bunk bedroom and full bath that can be separated with pocket doors. The kitchen opens into the living room with corner tiki bar. There is a formal front room with a beautiful Venice painting and reading corner. We recognize it as living a different quality of life when in town and hope you are seeking the same. This requires a 1-3 plus month lease so we are offering this to those who may be seeking a temporary home or a short term stay. If interested, we can talk.
