Newly furnished very nice small (48m²) 2-storey house in the upper part of the beautiful fishing village Ferragudo.
On the ground floor (24m²) is the new kitchen with a nice dining area and adjoining living room. A staircase leads to the upper floor (24m²) in which the bedroom with balcony and the bathroom is located. An outside staircase leads to the new roof terrace (24m²) with corner lounge and barbecue.
The house is quiet and yet central and the market square and the beach Praia Grande can be reached in 5 minutes.
The place is followed by many beautiful beaches of the Rock Algarve, which can be reached on foot or after a short drive
The fishing village is known for its narrow streets, winding stairs and its originality. The lively market square with its many cafes and restaurants invites you to linger.
In the village there are many recommended Portuguese as well as international restaurants and several small village shops where you can buy everything for daily life. Ferragudo is also a good starting point for hikes in the nearby Monchique Mountains, whose summit extends to 900 m.
