Nestled in the charming village of Bophut, Villa 47 is only 15 minutes from the airport, 6 minutes from Bophut beach and the famous Fisherman's Village, 10 minutes from shopping centers such as Big C, Makro or Tesco and 20 minutes from Chaweng Central Festival shopping center and beaches. It is also well situated for exploring the beautiful beaches of the island, the rich vegetation of flora and fauna, handicrafts and the many choices of gourmet restaurants, eastern and western.
We will provide you with all the information and advice to make your stay as pleasant and unforgettable as possible.
Cleaning, replacement of sheets and towels are included once a week for all rentals of more than 7 days.
Villa managed 12/24 from 8h to 20h (additional 500THB in case of early check-in or late check-out).
Everything is included in the rental rates except electricity at 7THB / kw and water at 60 THB / m3 with a meter reading made upon your arrival.
