It is located in the Castelo area, in a pleasant location, just a few minutes away from Castelo beach (500m). There is a cafe/restaurant on the beach, which has a gorgeous rocky setting and golden sand. You will have views of the rolling countryside and the sea from here too.
The house is close to restaurants and to the shopping facilities. The fantastic supermarket Apolonia is one minute walk away along with cafes bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Inside the house you have one pantry, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room with Satellite TV and fireplace. The house is air conditioned in the bedrooms and the lounge - which can be switched to heat too for out of season arrivals.
