Positive: Good location, plenty of parking space, large room, friendly staff. Set in very nice grounds.

Negative: Restaurant only serves breakfast then closes at 12.00 hrs. Room has a coffee maker but no coffee is provided. Room is very bare, no wardrobe etc.
