This modern recently renovated villa, offer its guests complete privacy coupled with an amazing view of the Algarve coast. On both the inside and the outside you have all the amenities to help you to enjoy a relaxing holiday, a well-kept garden and pool and a BBQ will also contribute to this.
The bedrooms and bathrooms can be summarized as follows:
• 1st floor - Master bedroom with a king size bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a bath.
• 1st floor - Bedroom with 1 double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom.
• Ground Floor - Bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a shared bathroom.
• Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan and a shared bathroom.
The kitchen is of a generous size and is fully equipped and organized so you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends.
The dining room has large and bright areas, 2 sofas in front of the TV, an 8-person dining room equipped with air conditioning and a round room with cushioned seats around a fireplace.
Wi-Fi is free, and the TV channels are via satellite with national and international channels.
The villa has a spectacular view over the Algarve coast and the exterior is totally enclosed and not overlooked. The swimming pool is 10 meters long by 5 meters wide and with a depth of 1 to 2 meters. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline.
In the vicinity, there is a shaded area with a comfortable dining table and chairs and a practical gas BBQ to cook your al-fresco meals in. Outside the living room there is also a set of outdoor furniture sheltered from the sun and with a great view, as well as on the terrace on the first floor, also with outdoor furniture.
