A luxurious summerhouse from the 70s with modernist architecture, long marble halls, repeating archways, a tennis court surrounded by greenery, and a beautiful, tropical pool area.

The house has 7 bedrooms, lounge, 2 spacious dining rooms, a library with fireplace, and a large fully equipped kitchen. The main living areas features a blend of minimalistic design and special pieces creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lounge areas are fitted with spacious sofas, game table, television everything you need to kick back and embrace your lazy side.
The lush garden offers various spaces to enjoy a meal in, cool off, bask in the sun, and smell the flowers. When you need a break from relaxing there are many possibilities for activities and fun in the garden, house and sourounding areas. We also have a large parking area, barbequeue gear, and great privacy.
A Pausa is situated in Alvor, a charming little fishing village with small streets and a great selection of restaurants and bars. Within a couple of minutes you can reach several different beaches which all offer unique experiences. Alvor beach and the Ria de Alvor is a flat sandy beach with dunes, a popular spot for wind and kite surfers. The Praia dos Três Irmãos has a lot of remarkable rock formations, little caves to explore, and is a great area for postcard perfect photos.
