1. Location on the hill overlooking Patong Bay, just like a paradise, the best Rooftop Apartment in Patong, no one can beat this.
2. Ozone/Fresh Oxygen from the Waterfall from the back of the building, you can hear waterfall from the corridor,
3. Private WIFI in the apartment and WIFI from the building, so you are getting to you free 2 WIFI systems,
4. Worktation with office armed chair plus private Wi. All travelers were happy with WIFI privately used for this unit, also building has free WIFI available in the apartment and public area.4. Smart Tvs with sound systems to enjoy watching Netflix,
5. 3 Bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a very large living room, a big dining table.
6. Top quality of mattress for your comfort.
7. Fully equipped kitchen and appliances,
8. Espresso Fresh Coffee Machine with coffee beans/coffee blender,
9. Free shuttle 3 times to Patong beach operating in loop so you can return with same pick up points,
10. Great Gym room separate between Cardio and Weight exercise.

Free shuttle to Patong beach 3 times a day (8.30am, 11.30am, 2.30pm) and operate in loop (Point 1: Front of Jungceylon, Point 2: Patong Bus Station of Patong Beach - Thaweewong Road, Point 3: Dolphin Park Patong Beach - Thaweewong Road) so you can go and come back through free shuttle van provided by the management.
Our staff use Dextol and Ozone Generator to clean the apartment after the guests have checked out to kill the virus. Our staff has kept their health well with covid test free (all vaccinated) so you all can be sure of the clean and hygience of our property and staff. The best Ozone winds during the morning and evening, as they are located in the tropical forest, Must Try Our Rooftop Terrace.
With 180sqm of living space set over three floors (7, 8 and 9th floor).
The -7th floor has one bedroom with 1 king bed/bathroom (shower room) with a living room and open kitchen,
-8th floor has 2 bedrooms (King bed in each room) ensuite 2 bathrooms (shower room only, no bathtub) with corridor (there are 1 bunk bed (lower bunk is queen size and upper single bed) and 1 single bed located at corridor between 2 bedrooms on 8th floor), this apartment comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.
The -9th floor is a rooftop terrace for your Wow view and nice weather, especially for morning coffee and a late night beer drinking party. It is the best Oxygen for morning winds due to the big mountain located at the back of this compound. You will love it.
We have a full kitchen with all the appliances for your comfortable stay. Big refrigerator on 7th floor and medium size refrigerator on 8th floor (so you can have water bottles available at night time).
Relax in nature (ozone air with waterfall sound) and marvel at the serenity of the resort or use this as a base to explore the neighboring beaches, local culture and exciting cuisine of Thailand's most famous island.
Also, a good Worktation option, as we have strong internet to support your working together on big dinning table.
Strictly Non Smoking In The Apartment Except On 9th Floor. There is a nice terrace on the 9th floor with an open area.
There are 3 bedrooms (King size bed each) plus more beds at corridor on 8th floor, plus 3 bathrooms, 5 large air cons, 4 Smart Tvs (55 inches in living room with sound system), lightings, kitchen, 1 big refrigerator on 7th floor and second refrigerator on 8th floor, water heater and other appliance. Basically, it is a large apartment with all you need it for your stay as home away from home.
Patong is about a 45-minute taxi ride away from Phuket International Airport. There are a multitude of travel options including local buses, taxis or mini buses to transfer you from the airport. There are also plenty of international car hire firms operating at the airport.
The penthouse is located in the building, which has its own 24-hour security team. Free wifi, Free Gym, free car parking, free swimming pool and free shuttle to Patong beach.
Other Things to Note
The beds can be arranged prior to arrive to better accommodate your needs; Bedroom One - 1 x king Bed, Bedroom Two - 1 x king Bed, Bedroom Three - 1 x king Bed and Corridor is 1 x Single and 1 x Bunk Bed (1 queen bed in the lower level and 1 single in the upper lever).
Pay attention, if you book for 6 adults you will have bedding for 6 (means 3 king size beds); if you book for 10 adults you will have the full bedding of the apartment.
Many guests choose to rent scooters during their stay (strong recommend to rent vehicle to stay in this place or take tuk tuk taxi or free shuttle with only 3 times a day). They offer a cheap and easy way to explore Patong and the surrounding beaches but have associated risks (especially for inexperienced riders).
No Breakfast prepared by the Host, you all can prepare breakfast easily here.
The price is for the whole apartment (it cannot be sold separately per room).
Check in is from 3 pm and check-out is at 11am. Early check-in and check-out are available subject to availability (please contact the Host in advance) and you can store your luggage at reception.
The owner is also local and easy to contact. Easy to contact Host through all media airbnb, whatapp, Line between 7 am till 8 pm. There is staff to help you to check in and check out, and we do provide our staff contact number to help you all times. Reception/security guard is very helpful and you can contact them for any emergency at late night especially. We will support and help you all time during your stay, so you can be peace of mind.
Please note:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any cigarette odor in the apartment will be charged a penalty of 10,000 Baht.
- No Durian or Mongosteen consumed in the apartment due to its smells and colors on linens unwashable. Penalty of 5,000 Baht will be charged if do not obay.
- Water and electricity are included in price.
- Your guests are welcome in the apartment but please note that you will be held responsible for any damages/theft/misconduct caused by your accompanying party
- Pets are not allowed
- Do not throw tissue in the toilet bowls
- Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, any use of drugs or illegal substances will not be tolerated and will be reported to the authority.
- Please keep all valuables in the lock box provided and keep all bags locked when leaving the apartment. Host will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
- You should leave the apartment before or at the check-out time stated. (Please contact host in advance for any possibility of late check out)
- Before leaving, you are obliged to leave the apartment in good condition, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied.
- Whenever you leave the apartment, please off the lights, air cons and water, we have full right to enter your apartment to off it when you go out. The main reason is to prevent any Fire accident, which you will be responsible in full.
