Please note that there is a set up fee of 3000 Bht which is around £60 per stay and a room charge of 1050 Bht, £21 per night depending on the exchange rate to cover for services such as cleaning, linen, drinking water provided in the room and utilities etc. This must be paid directly to the resort when you checkout along with anything else you purchase.
As you would be staying in an owners Villa you will be entitled to discount at all restaurants and and shops. I believe the current rate is 20%. You will also be entitled to discount on all spar treatments. Simply advise them you require owners discount when asking for the bill.
There is also the opportunity to pay to go all inclusive while at the resort, the cost is around £50 per night per guest. This will then entitle you to eat and drink as much as you want for no extra charge. Please note however it is a 5 day minimum.
