Positive: The place is beautiful and the host is very nice. We had everything we needed and the place is quiet. Perfect for a group of friends.

Negative: The only negative is that the jacuzzi costs extra, which is not mentioned in the listing.

Summary: Highly recommended for groups. Very nice host and really new property. The grill area was great
