Our property is a newly renovated 4 story apartment building located inside a private gated community directly across from the beach. The beach is only a two minute walk from our property. The apartment has 4 fully furnished apartments including a 1 bedroom on first floor, 2 bedroom apartment on second floor, 2 bedroom apartment on third floor and 2 bedroom apartment on fourth floor. All 4 apartments are available for rent. Our property also features a private swimming pool, bar area, outdoor dining area, garden, grilling area, sunbathing area and rooftop with ocean view. Guest access
Property is located in a private gated community called Playa Blanca. When you arrive at the main gate of the community you will see a security guard cabin. Please inform the security guard you are guests of Diana staying at Pez Dorado 13. The security will let you enter. Once you are past the main security gate, turn right on main street and then turn left on street Pez Dorado and then you will arrive at the property Pez Dorado 13 on your right. Please proceed inside the property, where you will be met by your host, who will provide you the key and will show you where you can leave the keys upon your departure.
