The master bedroom has a cosy queen-size bed where the second bedroom features a comfortable bunk bed with superior-standard linens to ensure you enjoy a great night’s sleep. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in.

In the mornings, when you want to freshen up, just head through to the well-appointed bathroom, where you can enjoy an energising shower. If you are more of a relaxed warm bath type of person, feel free to do so as the bathtub gives you both options. Towels and toiletries are provided.

The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

## Access

You will have the whole place to yourself. We will provide you with the products needed for it, as well as basic supplies for shower.

You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings in Lisbon aren’t soundproofed.

You will be sent all the necessary information to have a comfortable stay but I will have my team available for any queries you may have by phone or messaging 24/7 for any queries you may have.

-Check-in and keys: please note there will be a €25 fee for check-ins after 20:00h

-The flat capacity is for 4 people. No additional guests allowed.

-There is NO elevator for access. The apartment is located in the first floor.

- Most homes in Portugal don’t have central heating, but heaters and fans will be provided.

-Electricity: It is fairly common in Lisbon for the electricity to trip if more than two high wattage electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Please keep this in mind when using appliances like heaters, washing machines, hairdryers, kettles, toasters, fans, etc. Guests will be charged €40 if the electricity trips due to overuse.

- If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a 50€ fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.

-Please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters and fans) when you leave the apartment.

-Government ID: Your Government ID will be collected at check-in for submission to the authorities as required by local laws.
