Positive: The cabins are cosy, the bed comfortable, the shower good. The pool and jacuzzi in the garden areas are great. Location is great for the many local cenotes. Unlike some of the other reviews, I found it to be clean and the jacuzzi worked well. The Internet worked.

Negative: Some facility to make or buy coffee. Some cups or glasses in the room would be good. There is little contact with staff, and no one is on site to ask if you have any questions. Have their number ready as to be let in you need to call them as there is not a reception.
