La Punta is surrounded by nature. Mosquitos and insects are common in tropical environments. We take preventive measures, but nature cannot be fully controlled.
The property is located in an active neighborhood with nearby businesses, restaurants, and possible construction. Ambient sounds are part of the La Punta experience.
Puerto Escondido’s infrastructure is still developing, and occasional power outages may occur. These are utility-related and not property issues.
