Private full-equipped bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, clean towels and hairdryer included). Next to the bedroom, there is a charming winter garden with a sleeping double sofa, table and chairs, a microwave, a kettle & tee, a coffee machine and coffee, a toaster and dishes. The bedroom has a private house entrance, direct next to the house elevator. Hosts will have keys to the house and to the room, for maximum independence.

- Respect the neighbors and avoid noise after 10 p.m.
- Since there's no cleaning fee, please leave the space as you found it (trash must be thrown away, turn all lights and heating off, close the windows, and the balcony door).
