Positive: Although is 2 km away from town, the view from the bungalow and the location worth it. It was also nice having a terrace. Food at the restaurant it was very tasty. Tried sticky rice for the first time ever and it was delicious. The staff is very nice and friendly. Wan has a genuine spirit and helped us with a rescue cat which he promised to keep around the place.

Negative: It’s a bit annoying that you have to double-check things with Wan to be sure everything is done correctly. For example, we asked for cleaning on one day, but it was forgotten and postponed to the next day. The bus to Luang Prabang also came earlier than agreed. Even though we double-checked the 9:00 AM departure time with Wan, the driver arrived at 7:50 AM😅. The tour to Mong Nuoy was delayed by 45 minutes and in the end we didn't had the chance to do the cayak which was included. The tour guide and Wan said that we can do the cayak for free the next day, but in the end we were charged for that.😅 Additionally, one of our breakfast food orders was served incomplete The most awkward situation, however, was when we had to pay for our cabin. Although we had paid one day in advance for our boat tour to Mong Noy, Wan said that we hadn’t😅. The problem is that Wan doesn’t provide receipts and all payments are made in cash, so it was awkward to explain the situation. He suggested checking the camera at the reception, which we agreed to, but then he said he didn’t want to do that. After that, he mentioned that the camera only records one day, and then that it wasn’t plugged in at all. Very strange In the end, we managed to settle the issue, but to avoid these uncomfortable situations in the future, things should be managed more carefully Update after Wan reply "And then you come back to ask me how much for the tour and I tell you the price 650,000k...But you never come to pay"-False. I did come and paid, and at the same time I also paid for breakfast that day. I explicitly said we should pay everything together to clear it from my mind. BF+Tour=1.600.000 KIP "Because I think just one dishes you say you didn’t have it but You didn’t even ask your wife she has it or not"-False.I was present when breakfast was served. No mixed fruit was served Wan, you are not providing receipts.
