Our villa is located in a quiet and secluded beachfront neighborhood made up of 16 private villas. Each property is well spaced, offering a real sense of privacy and tranquility. All villas—including ours—have direct access to the beach, which is rarely visited by outsiders, making it feel like your own private paradise.
Most of the villas are family homes. About half are full-time residences, while the other half are used for family vacations, often through Airbnb. This creates a peaceful and friendly community atmosphere, where kids play on the beach and the days go by slowly to the sound of the waves.
The villa is ideally located just a short drive from Tong Sala, the island’s main town, where you`ll find everything you need—supermarkets, local markets, banks, pharmacies, doctors, and all essential services.
It’s also just minutes from Hin Kong, a laid-back beach area known for its trendy bars, great restaurants, and one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island.
Thanks to its central location, getting around the island is easy and convenient. Whether you`re heading north to explore waterfalls, south to visit beaches, or anywhere in between—you`re never far from where you want to be.

Quiet Hours: To respect our community, please keep noise to a minimum between 12:00–14:00 and 22:00–08:00.
