This contemporary villa is equipped to a high standard and enjoys a spacious and luxurious setting with spectacular views over the Laguna golf course. Located just five minutes from the beach and Marina.
Living Area: The entrance hallway leads to the living room, with lots of seating and opening to the swimming pool and garden with fabulous views over the golf course. There is satellite TV, a DVD player and a sound system. The living room leads to the dining room with seating for 12 people and with large doors opening to the garden.
Kitchen: From here we access the bright, fully equipped kitchen and the laundry room, also with access to the outside. Equipment available such as electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and much more.
Bedrooms: This villa has 6 impressive bedrooms in total. On the ground floor you have two twin bedrooms. Guests in these bedrooms have to share the en-suite bathroom from the one bedroom. On the first floor you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are double beds, both which have amazing views over the golf course and swimming pool. The fifth bedroom is a twin bedroom and the Master suite has a King bed (2x2m), TV and DVD player which overlooks the golf course.
There is also a large dressing room where a single bed can be accommodated if necessary.
Bathrooms: There are 5 bathrooms in total in Villa Laguna. On the ground floor, the two bedrooms which share an en-suite, with shower. On the first floor, all of the 4 bedrooms have en-suites. Both bedrooms with double beds have en-suites with baths, the twin bedroom also has en-suite with bath and the Master suite has en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
Games: In the garden, you can enjoy a round of darts on the portable dart board or a family game of table tennis on the terrace.
Outside: Outside there is a dining area, with a portable gas BBQ, a seating area and a lounge area where the sun loungers are strategically placed so you can enjoy the beauty and quietness of the golf course. There is also an infinity pool measuring 10 x 7,5 meters where you can swim or simply relax.
