ท่านจะได้รับเงินประกันความเสียหายคืนเมื่อเช็คเอาท์ ท่านจะได้รับเงินประกันความเสียหายคืนเต็มจำนวนเป็นเงินสด โดยยอดเงินจะขึ้นอยู่กับผลการตรวจสอบความเสียหายของที่พัก
หากท่านชวนเพื่อนมาเพิ่มแล้วเกินจำนวน 10 คน ในวิลล่าโดยไม่ได้แจ้งและได้รับความยินยอมจากวิลล่า ทางวิลล่าสามารถ ยกเลิก สัญญาเช่า โดยถือว่าลูกค้าทำผิดสัญญาเช่าและลูกค้าต้องออกจากวิลล่าทันที เงินค่าเช่าจะไม่รับคืน แต่มัดจำความเสียหาย จะทำการคืนหลังทางวิลล่าตรวจสอบความเสียหายแล้ว ไม่มีความเสียหาย
- ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้ามา.
- ขอความกรุณาลูกค้าที่สูบบุหรี่ทุกชนิดให้สูบบริเวณภายนอกบ้านเท่านั้น เพื่อความปลอดภัยจากอัคคีภัย และเป็นการหลีกเลี่ยงความเสียหายที่จะเกิดขึ้นกับเฟอร์นิเจอร์จากไฟ เถ้าบุหรี่และกลิ่น อาจมีค่าปรับหากฝ่าฝืน
- ในกรณีที่เกิดความเสียหายกับบ้านและทรัพย์สินต่างๆ ทั้งภายในตัวบ้านและในบริเวณบ้าน ทางเราจะปรับค่าเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นกับทางผู้เข้าพัก ตามความเสียหายและตามค่าใช้จ่ายจริง (ค่าของ+ค่าแรงช่าง)
- กรณีเกิดเหตุทะเลาะวิวาท หรือมีคดีความ หรือได้รับแจ้งเหตุร้องเรียนไปยังเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจถึงพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสม ต้องเช็คเอ้าท์ทันที
- ห้ามนำแก้วน้ำหรือขวดแก้วลงไปในสระว่ายน้ำ หากแก้วแตกลงในสระว่ายน้ำ ต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการทำความสะอาดสระ ทางเรามีแก้วพลาสติกให้ใช้
- สระว่ายน้ำใช้ได้ 24 ชั่วโมง โดยผู้เช่ายินยอมรับผิดและดูแลความปลอดภัยของตัวเองและหมู่คณะ หากเกิดอันตรายและเสียหายใดๆต่อชีวิติและทรัพย์สิน ทางที่พักจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายนั้น
