The best value Villa in Phuket. This is a very large Villa with a massive pool, totally private and well situated.
It can easily accommodate 9 people and is very well equipped so you can cater for yourself,if you so wish and you have your own personal maid service every day except Sunday.
The freedom of your own private pool Villa compared to an hotel is without question and imagine what you would have to pay in a hotel for similar facilities!
This beautiful Villa is without doubt one of the best in Rawai yet is also one of the cheapest. Why pay more? The Villa is great value but excellent quality. The whole outside terrace and pool area has just been totally refurbished and if you can find a cheaper Villa in Rawai with similar facilities we will match the price.
Step out from the large terrace to the inviting 10 x 5 swimming pool with large sunbathing deck, chairs and umbrellas .
There are shops nearby within walking distance but transport is definitely required to reach the various beaches/restaurants and nightlife but taxis are available at reasonable cost.
The Villa itself is of contemporary design and there is ample parking for 3 cars- 2 under cover-secured by electronic gates. The lounge is 70 m² and has a very high wooden vaulted ceiling and a minstrels gallery overlooks from the first floor. Three double French doors lead to the large terrace.
The floors are marble throughout and furnishings are of top quality teak and leather. Enjoy the 55 in Smart Tv . Wi Fi is also included. There is a luxury fully equipped kitchen with units by Fagor.
Three bedrooms are en suite with king size teak beds.
The 4th has a queen size bed and is next to the bathroom downstairs.
The 5th bedroom is quite small with a single bed and wardrobe but it also has air con. There is not an en-suite here and guests can use the downstairs bathroom with shower.
This luxurious Villa has been completely refurbished to a very high standard specifically for the rental market. It is spacious and well equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a real pleasure.
There are many books and Dvds for your enjoyment and there is Cable Tv provided as well as High Speed Internet. Car hire can be arranged. Daily cleaning service is included ( except Sunday maid's day off) with bedding changed every 5 days.
There are 4 double bedrooms but the 5th is quite small with a single bed although it does have air con.
Phuket is definitely one of the most exciting and attractive areas of Thailand but the Southern part is undoubtedly the most beautiful.There is so much to do and the people themselves are guaranteed to give you a warm welcome in this 'land of Smiles'
Phuket is a Mecca for water-sport lovers and few visitors leave without seeing the view and spectacular sunsets at Prom Thep Cape.
The small Kata Noi and Nai Harn beaches are popular and the diminutive and charming Ya Nui beach is popular with the locals. Snorkeling is a pleasure and there are corals where one can see dazzling fish.
Rawai beach has many restaurants overlooking the water where boats go to the nearby islands. Buy fresh fish from the local Sea Gypsies and have it cooked for you in one of the restaurants there. You can also buy souvenirs such as shells and jewellery.
There are top class International restaurants nearby and an abundance of very good quality local Thai food.
The choice is yours- relax on the white sandy beaches or be more energetic and go on one of the many activities available- either way have fun!
Climate: Phuket's rainy season runs from May until end of October with the last two months having the most rainfall. However, even in the rainy season there are long periods of sunshine each day. In my opinion May, June and July are great months to visit Phuket as it is Low Season so less expensive and whilst you may get some rain ( mainly at night) there are long periods of hot sunny weather.
Low season is a nice time to visit Phuket as most of the crowds have gone and weather can still be glorious.

Nai Thon and Nai Yang - two quiet beaches in Sirinat National Park
Bang Thao (Laguna Beach) - long, very quiet beach
Surin and Pansea Beach - an up-and-coming upmarket destination
Laem Sing - small bay with stunning views, between Kamala Beach and Surin Beach
Kamala Beach - a quieter beach to the north of Patong
Kalim Beach - a series of small beaches just to the north of Patong
Patong Beach - the largest beach resort, known for its nightlife
Karon and Karon Noi Beaches - the second most-developed beach after Patong
Kata Yai Beach - busy, clean tourist beach with good surf
Kata Noi Beach - quieter sister of Kata Yai
Nai Han and Ao Sen - a quiet beach (probably the best) in the south, near Phromthep Cape view point
Ya Nui Beach
Rawai, and Laem Ka - set off point for lots of local islands, popular with locals for eating on the beach
