Our villa Baan Khunying is an unbelievable gem of a property with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, gorgeous sea views and direct access to a stunning beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear water – let the ocean be your swimming pool!
Step back in time in our colonial style property designed by special architects to maximize the sea breeze and stunning views. Built on 3 acres of forested land, the villa has stunning sea views from all the rooms, including the bathrooms. There are three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with king-sized beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with an inner courtyard to dry your towels and swimsuits.
The Baan Khunying ’s new exciting feature when we re-open on 29th December 2022 after renovation is an additional Infinity pool with an incredible view of the sea and the islands and 2 accessible secluded beaches in front and next to the villa.
